There were 25 t. Prod. it is not complete, there were no volumes on letters B, G (in borders of Gogenloe - Gya), E, M, N, About (in borders Nikolay - About), T, At (in borders Tkachyov - Faber). In GIM`E the proof copy of one of not left volumes is stored (Vavila - Veselovsky). The manuscript of volume with the termination of a letter T would be stored in IMLI Russian Academy of Sciences. In 1887-88 prod. "The alphabetical index of names of Russian figures for the Russian biographic dictionary" (in 2 h.) with means. additions around the considered persons. In a crust. time is undertaken reprinting of RBS with inclusion of not left volumes.
